Return and Refund Policy

Return within 14 days
– You must return the product within 14 days of purchase:
our policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of items that are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, glass, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products containing intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return the product you purchased to the manufacturer.

Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or opened vinyl records
Any item that is not in original condition , Any goods returned more than 30 days after delivery due to damage or missing parts (not due to our fault)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and points will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within any applicable return days specified by your bank.

Delayed or Missed Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. The gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver who will be informed of your return.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
